LinkedIn

Director, Data & Analytics

Go-to-Market and Finance

LinkedIn since 2022 · Director since 2024

  • Built the data function into a 35-person organization across data engineering, data science, analytics, and AI. I lead through four managers, supporting more than 4,500 people across a $4B SaaS business.
  • Shipped LinkedIn’s first production generative-AI agents for revenue and finance. One capability now ships inside Microsoft Sales Copilot.
  • Consolidated fragmented, domain-specific data into a single governed architecture. Complexity fell about 75%, which made self-serve, AI-powered analytics possible.
  • Promoted to Director in 2024. My remit expanded to Strategic Finance in 2026.

Eaton

Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics

2016 to 2022

  • Founded the sales analytics function and grew it to a team of 12, supporting a $5B book of business. Also served as Chief of Staff to the SVP of Sales Operations.
  • Launched a self-serve analytics platform used daily by 1,200+ people, and moved the stack from on-prem SQL Server to Azure.
  • Deployed forecasting models that lifted average deal size 7% and rep productivity 20%.

Cypress Semiconductor

Senior Analytics Engineer

2013 to 2014

  • First data science hire for a $70M manufacturing operation. My models improved on-time delivery 45%+ and saved $1.5M a year.

Cree

Senior Engineer, New Product Development

2010 to 2013

  • Led 8 new-product launches end to end, and applied statistical process optimization to improve quality 15%+ across 90+ processes.

GTM Operating System

My concept for an AI-first GTM operating system. Working agents research accounts, analyze sales data and prepare customer plans. Three interactive examples show how that work could support account development, sales leadership, RevOps and Customer Success.

The demo uses fictional accounts and public data. Customer messages and account updates are simulated.

Before moving into GTM, I worked in semiconductors. I am the lead author of Wireless Sensor Network Simulators: A Survey and Comparisons, cited more than 250 times, and a named inventor on three U.S. patents from my time in semiconductor and LED R&D at Cree. My first papers on neural networks and support vector regression for chip design and image processing were published in 2009.
